DEVON 92-7 (0pts) lost to DORSET 93-4 (2pts) by six wickets
DORSET remain unbeaten in NCCA T20 Group Two despite rain interrupting their progress at rivals Devon.
Only one of the two planned matches at Exmouth were completed, with the elements intervening before the second T20 began.
Although the wet weather relented at 4pm, the umpires and both captains concluded play was not possible and the points were shared.
Dorset had earlier claimed the full two points with another comprehensive victory in the opening rubber.
Luke Webb’s men continued their extraordinary form with leather in hand, restricting Devon to 92-7 from their 20 overs.

It means Dorset have conceded fewer than 100 runs in all three of their fixtures so far.
Among the wicket-takers was debutant Toby Pattemore (1-4) and left-arm spinner Rob Pack (2-20), again instrumental with the ball.
Only Seb Ansley (19) and Ben Beaumont (16no) made any chunky contributions, while there was a first wicket in Dorset colours for star all-rounder Ross Whiteley (1-18).
Dorset’s hard work with the ball was matched by Devon’s Max Shepherd (2-33) who removed dangermen Joseph Eckland (1) and Sam Young (10) cheaply.
Whiteley (8) struggled again with the bat as Ansley (1-12) took revenge on him but David Scott and Webb steadied the ship for the visitors.
Scott’s unbeaten 41 proved the innings of the day as he shared 48 with Webb (26), the skipper perishing late in the chase to Callum Haggett (1-18).
However, Dorset completed a hat-trick of wins with 15 balls to go before the rain came.
Dorset lead the group on seven points and host Cornwall twice at Milton Abbey on Sunday (11am).
