KINGSTON LACY 85 (3pts) lost to ABBOTSBURY 234-4 (20pts) by 149 runs
ABBOTSBURY sealed a crushing 149-run win over Kingston Lacy to end their County Division Three season in style.
Alex Drew was the hero for the Swans, smashing a sensational 113 as Abbotsbury piled on the runs.
Drew was first assisted by a meaty contribution from fellow opener Ashley Harrow (22).
Pankaj Nikale (22) and skipper Dave Worsdell (24) added useful scores while Kynan Brian blasted a quick 37 not out as Abbotsbury posted 234-4.
Lacy had no chance n their reply as the Swans' change bowlers did the business.
Elliot Gunn picked up 4-19 from eight overs, while left-arm swing bowler Pete Bustin (2-17) also chipped in.
Only John Burns (22) provided serious resistance but when Gunn dismissed him the result was a formality, glossed by 2-2 in the final over for Harrow.
Abbotsbury finish in sixth place in the standings, with Lacy eighth.
