We had more light winds today with a 25 boat gold fleet.
The first beats were very short and so the whole fleet arrived very close together at the windward mark. Which made for some very tight boat on boat situations and a distinct lack of clear lanes.
We had a 7, 6 and 14 which was an ok day.
We had moments where we were looking better but did not quite manage to capitalize on them.
We have been going fast upwind, but still struggling downwind.
All in all we are a lot happier and look forward to tomorrow where hopefully we can climb up the leader board some more.
