Since winning bronze at the first world cup regatta of the year in Miami, Luke and I have been training hard out in Palma Mallorca getting ready for start of the the 2011 European season.
Whilst not in Palma we've been in Weymouth getting the 'stuff around the edges' in order, including making sure our bodies and boats are ready for the busy schedule ahead.
Our final training camp before the Princess Sofia regatta which starts early April.
