BOTH Nick Voss of Dorchester and Blandford’s Ben Paulley will be hoping that they can impress the England selectors this weekend.
The duo are attempting to gain places in the Under-25 team to play in the Home International series this year.
Voss will be travelling with high hopes of retaining his place in the England squad after gaining his first cap at Ayr, Scotland last year when England won the championship.
For Paulley it will be an attempt to gain a place in the England squad for the first time, although he has already played for his country in one representative game.
He trials on Saturday for the probables’ Red team as lead to David Hubbard of Sussex.
The trial will take place at Norgren Bowls Club, Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire on Saturday.
