NICK Crittenden scooped two awards at Dorchester Town’s end of season presentation.
The Magpies handed out this season’s awards immediately after their 2-1 win over Bromley on Saturday, a victory that keeps them in the Blue Square South for another year.
Midfielder Crittenden was named the Players’ Player of the Year and also won the Supporters’ Player of the Year gong.
Mark Jermyn, a double award winner in 2008, also collected two prizes this term.
The club stalwart, who recently celebrated his 400th appearance in black and white, picked up both the Jack Lambert Sportmanship Trophy and the Dinky Curtis Memorial Trophy for Outstanding Achievement.
Captain Kevin Hill was voted the Online Player the Year while keeper Gareth Stewart took home the Dorset Echo Player of the Year shield.
Of his first season at Dorchester, Stewart said: “I’ve enjoyed it, I really have. I left Bourne-mouth last year after they were fighting against relegation for different reasons, so doing it again hasn’t been alien to me.
“I just hope that next year we’re fighting at the other end of the table rather than the bottom as it would make a nice change.”
Members of the Magpies’ faithful were also rewarded for their loyal support. George Spracklen was named Junior Supporter of the Year with Dave Ring collecting the adult’s equivalent.
Meanwhile, Clubman of the Year went to Kate Taylor.
