SATURDAY will see the battle of the Magpies at The Wyatt Homes Stadium as Dorchester travel to Wimborne in the Southern League.
Dorchester will be looking to turn their recent run of results around and get back to winning ways having not won in over a month.
Wimborne will also be looking to turn their form around having lost three of their last five games.
However, Tim Sills' side has been strong at home winning five out of eight games.
Killick's side have also been less efficient away from home winning just once on their travels this season.
Whilst Dorchester sit in sixth and Wimborne in 15th, only six points separate the two sides.
In the build up to the game Killick praised this weekend's opponents and their solid start to life in the division as a newly promoted side.
He said: "It doesn't surprise me they are doing well. Jimmy Glass is doing a good job and the club is growing and I have a lot of respect for their ownership model.
"Although they are a newly promoted side, because of the ownership hehy are financially strong which is sometimes something newly promoted clubs struggle with.
"There home form is good and it is a local derby so there will be no lack of physicality and effort on their part."
When asked about Dorchester recent form, which includes four draws on the bounce, Killick admitted the club are under pressure to start turning things around if they wish to keep their promotion hopes alive.
He added: "We are desperate for a win or two soon, then the run of draws we have had won't have affected too much in a negative way but there is real pressure now.
"We have not suffered too much in the league, but we have dropped a couple of places and allowed teams to catch us up.
"But if we can now get a couple of wins, things will look a lot healthier again but the draws have knocked us a little bit."
Despite struggling to pick up wins in recent weeks, kKllick was pleased that the team has avoided defeat in a run of difficult games.
He added: "When you look at the games, we had Bracknell and Gosport away and then Merthyr and Taunton at home and Taunton played very well on the day.
"So, they have been tough games but it is positive we have ticked along picking up points."
In terms of team news Killick has a full strength squad to pick from as Corby Moore returns from suspension.
The Dorchester boss was also pleased that with Shaquille Gwengwe's return from a four game ban last weekend and said the minutes will have been a 'benefit' to him.
Kick off at The Wyatt Homes Stadium is at 3pm on Saturday, November 30
