GREG Borthwick is 'ready to go' after returning from injury as Portland welcome Andover Street in the Wessex League today.
The Blues striker made his return from injury off the bench last weekend, scoring within minutes of his return to the pitch.
Joint manager Josh Hickman has now said that his top goal scorer is fully fit and can't wait to step back out on the grass at the Camp & Satherley.
Speaking ahead of the game with Andover New Street, he said: "Greg would have loved to start on Saturday, but we did not want to risk him, but he is fully fit now and ready to go."
Hickman will be looking to draw on the club's last two performance which were vastly improved and hope his side can get their first home win since September.
He added:"It will be a difficult test but we will take the game to them and play on the front foot but they are in good form and have good players so they will pose a threat and it will be a tricky game."
In terms of injuries, Crit Clarke has a slight hamstring tweak and is not being risked and is expected to return to full fitness in a week.
Jamie Hoskings is also out after his ankle remains swollen from a heavy challenge against Hythe & Dibden last time out.
