Ashley James' side travel to Merley Park where they will be hoping to extend their gap with third place Cobham.
The Dorchester club may be top, but Bournemouth Sports and Blandford are both hot on their tails, with both teams having two games in hand.
Second place Bournemouth visit a struggling Poole Borough whilst the Royals have a home tie against Portland United Reserves
Both teams will be looking to win as they maintain their own push for the title.
Elsewhere in the division, Craig Adams' in form Swanage will be looking to extend their unbeaten run of league games as they travel to Murray Legg's bottom of the table Bridport Reserves.
Weymouth-based Balti Sports have big six-pointer with fellow strugglers Hamworthy United Reserves who visit Weymouth College Sports Ground with just a point separating the two sides.
Bournemouth Electric travel to Hamworthy Recreation Reserves, Westland Sports host Holt United and Wimborne Town Reserves welcome Sherborne Town Reserves in the league's other games.
All kick offs are at 3pm on Saturday, November 16.
