BELLE Construction maintained their unbeaten start to the South West Dorset Netball League with another commanding win in the latest round of action, writes Karen Matthews.

Both teams started well with some greta defending and court play from Belle as they got the ball to their shooters.
New Body struggled to score which allowed Belle to take the lead in the first quarter.
Belle’s GA Jaimee Browne worked well with WA Jayne Guppy to bring the ball into the shooting circle for the GS Laura Bucke to finish with great goals to keep the lead after the second quarter.
New Body came out fighting in the third with their GD Amelia Wootton getting some great rebounds.
Both teams came out strong in the final quarter with New Body’s attack making some lovely passes into the shooters, although, they struggled to find the net and Belle's took the win.

In Division One there was strong start from Evolve with some great shooting from their GS Summer Donoghue.
Newton fought back with some great turnovers from their GK Karen Matthews enabling the ball to be passed down to the shooters for some valuable goals.
Fantastic feeds by Newton’s GA Caragh Watt and WA Erin Kinghorne into GS Carla Harper closed the gap on Evolve.
Evolve replied with great mid court movement from their WD Jess Frampton enabling the ball to reach the shooters for them to keep the lead
The scores remained close with both teams playing hard in the final quarter but it was Evolve who took the win

Team Waikiki 34
Elsewhere in Division One, Waikiki took an early lead against krakens thanks to some superb shooting from their GA Hayley Rooks and GS Chaz Hanger.
Impressive mid court play from Waikiki’s WA Emily Peacock feed her shooters as Waikiki grew their lead.
A tight start to the second quarter saw both teams scoring equally. But after some great interception's from Waikiki’s GD Hannah Rees they extended their lead.
Waikiki continue to extend their lead but Krakens' GS Ali Britten scored some great goals to try and close the gap in the final quarter but Waikiki held on.

Kooky Bloom 30
In Division Two, Kooky Bloom kept their good form going with their defence of GK Pauline Nash and GD Caitlin Batt working hard with GS Jaz Franklin as they took the elad.
Kooky started the second quarter with consecutive goals to edge ahead despite Calypso’s GD Saskia Dart well timed interceptions.
Some tactical changes from Kooky didn’t stop Calypso from making some fantastic interceptions, especially from their GK Chloe Bacon.
But Kooky pushed forward with strength to extend their lead by the end of the third quarter.
Both teams upped the pace in the final quarter but it was Kooky who took the win.
