WEYMOUTH return to the Bob Lucas this weekend for a crucial bottom of the table clash with St Albans.

After two difficult games on the road, Mark Molesley's side are back on home turf on Saturday as David Noble's team makes the trip down to the Dorset coast.

The Saints are level on points with the Terras and are in a similar run of form.

Both sides are the in-form teams at the bottom of the National League South table with St Albans picking up eight points from their last five games and Weymouth seven.

In that time Weymouth have also held both Farnborough and Weston-super-Mare to draws, with the Molesley's side almost taking all three points last time out against the Seagulls.

The Terras boss is now hoping that the team's improved results can be translated into picking up more points at home, something they have struggled to do this season.

With just three points from three draws, both the club's wins have come away from home, but Molesley is hoping home advantage will make the difference on Saturday.

He said: "I hope so, we need to seize any advantage we can and we want our home games to be an advantage, we have not really done that.

"We have had good performances, but we want to be picking up more points in front of our home fans and give them something to cheer about."

Although, Molesley is under no illusions of the task at hand when St Albans arrive at the Bob Lucas on Saturday afternoon.

The Hertfordshire-based club are unbeaten in their last three games and find themselves lower in the league they would expect to be after a solid 11th place finish last year.

The Terras boss added:"It's going to be a really tough one. Noble and St Albans are a great footballing side and he has gone back there, similar to myself.

"They will feel similar to us and feel they should be higher up the league.

"They have good players, so it is going to be a tough game, it is two teams that need to win, so we will prepare our best and can be buoyed from our recent performances and result."

Molesley is having to deal with a few injury problems ahead of the crucial clash though.

Charlie Rowan and Corey Jordan where both taken off in the 1-1 draw with Weston-Super-Mare and they are both doubts for the game, although, the Terras boss hopes they will recover in time.

Tom Bearwish is working his way back to fitness and is back on the grass, so he will also be checked ahead of the game.

Brandon Goodship made a cameo off the bench on Tuesday and will likely feature on the bench again as he looks to build minutes.

Mal Linton will still be unavailable and will not return now until the end of the month with his rehab taking a bit longer than initially hoped.

Kick off at the Bob Lucas is 3pm on Saturday, November 9
