DORCHESTER Town coach Brian Churchill has admitted the team have become 'a little goal shy' after losing 1-0 away to Swindon Supermarine.
The Magpies were stunned by the midtable side from Wiltshire after being 'caught on the hop' from a throw in the second half.
Despite dominating possession, and carving out multiple chances, the Magpies drew a blank on their travels.
It means that Tom Killick's side have now scored just once in their last four games - winning once.
Prior to that they had scored ten in their previous four games.
With Killick missing the fixture due to illness, first team coach Churchill explained what a disappointment the result had been.
He said: "It was a pretty frustrating afternoon for us.
"We had lots of possession and lots of good entries into the final third but we could not get a goal and we were caught on the hop from a throw in.
"If we had come away from the game with a draw we would probably be happy as Gerard (Benfield) has not had to make a save.
"The half time whistle came at a really bad time for us as we were camped in their area, but we are a little goal shy and it is something we will look to work on in training."
With striker Shaquille Gwengwe currently serving a four game and with Koszela's early season goal scoring drying up, the Magpies coach has called on other members of the squad to help put the ball in the back of the net.
He added: "It is frustrating that we lost Shaq for four games after his red against Totton, so our options our drastically short.
"But we need goals from elsewhere and not have a heavy reliance on Olaf."
In the first half their had been a potential penalty shout for the Magpies, but Churchill admitted the ref had 'called it right' and that he did not believe it was a penalty.
The defeat means the Magpies sit in sixth place and a gap of nine points has opened up to the league's top three teams, with Merthyr, AFC Totton and Gloucester City pulling ahead of the chasing pack.
It means that Killick's side will be looking to rediscover theri shooting boots when they travel to Bracknell Town on Saturday.
One positive for the weekend is that Will Spetch is expected to rerun to the squad and there are no other injury concerns after the defeat in Swindon.
Churchill added: "Yeah, everyone came out of the game unscathed and we should be able to welcome back WIll SPetch back after his suspension.
"He is a leader on and off the pitch, so it is welcome."
