WEYMOUTH manager Mark Molesley has said 'there was no panic our end' as his side's form has improved in recent weeks.
It has not been the easiest of seasons so far for the Terras boss with the club languishing at the foot of the table for most of the campaign.
However, a second win of the season away to fellow strugglers Aveley, thanks to Calvin Brooks' first half strike, means that Molesely's side are now off the bottom and on a run of four games without defeat.
The Terras boss has never wavered from how the club want to play and sees the current run a result of all the hard work the team has been putting in.
He said: "It was a solid performance, the lion share of performances this season have been positive and yes we have had moments where we have dipped below our standards, but that has been rare and we are disappointed not to have more points.
"The team could have buckled and gone under, but they are going from strength to strength and we have turned those narrow defeats into draws and now we need to turn those draws into more wins.
"I see us growing as a group it was hard when we were losing, and I didn't want to make excuses, and I don't think I did."
He added: "We are a new group and they are starting to gel, and we will learn from these tough periods.
"But there is still lots of hard work to do but there has been no panic our end and hopefully it is showing that our processes are working."
There is no rest for the Terras either as a busy November schedule keeps the games coming.
Next up is a trip to in-form Weston-Super-Mere but the club's recent 1-1 draw with Farnborough can act as reminder to the players that they can mix it with the best teams in the league.
Molesley added: "Now we are playing Weston-Super-Mere and they just ran League One Bristol Rovers to the dying embers of their FA Cup game at the weekend.
"They are at the top end of the league and we will be respectful of that and embrace the challenge.
"We have never ducked from that and we have always rolled our sleeves up and we will continue to do that.
"We can draw a lot from the Farnborough result and we can always draw strength from our games.
"It's stats, the fact we have got results and it is proof that the players can see."
The Terras will welcome back Christie Ward from suspension for the trip to Somerset, but are still without Brandon Goodship and Tom Bearwish, although both players are 'on the periphery' of returning.
Mal Linton is still at least a month away from a return.
