Dorchester Sports left it late to snatch a point in an entertaining eight goal thriller at the Avenue Stadium against Wimborne Town FC Reserves in the Dorset Premeir Football League.
Sports were in control in the opening 10 minutes, scoring two goals in quick succession thanks to Alex Godfrey and Josh Leake.
Following the goals, Wimborne started to apply the pressure which resulted in them grabbing a goal before halftime through Max Patterson.
Wimborne started the second half the strongest, scoring two goals in the space of 10 minutes courtesy of Calum Clarke and Harry Baker.
Again, Godfrey managed to get the hosts back into the game with a brilliantly taken finish for 3-3.
Wimborne quickly responded in under two minutes to regain the lead and put the pressure on Sports when Harry Baker bagged his brace.
Sports pressured in the final half an hour, and just when it seemed the visitors would hold on, the hosts snatched an equaliser in the 93rd minute. Toby Kelly crafted the opportunity with some dazzling footwork to see the spoils shared.
Sports sit in seventh place following the result.
