Weymouth's local derby with Portland in the Dorset Senior Cup has been postponed due to the weather.
The Terras were facing a trip to the Camp & Satherley on Portland later this evening in what had been billed as a 'brilliant tie' by Blues joint boss Josh Hickman.
However, with heavy rain overnight on Monday evening, as well as lots of rain forecast for Tuesday, a pitch inspection was held at 12.30pm.
Upon reviewing the playing surface at the Camp & Satherley, the inspection found the pitch to be waterlogged, and with more rain expected, as well a thunderstorm warning in place, the game was called off.
A statement from Portland United said: "Unfortunately our Dorset County FA Senior Cup fixture this evening against Weymouth is postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
"A new date will be arranged in due course."
Both teams will now turn their attentions to the weekend's fixtures.
For Mark Molesley's Terras side there is a lucrative away tie against National League side Forest Green Rovers, in the final qualifying round of the FA Cup.
For Portland, Shaun Bessant and Josh Hickman's side will face off against Hamble Club in the Wessex League Premier at the Camp & Satherley.
Both games kick off at 3pm on Saturday, October 12.
