Dorchester Sports kept their good start to the season going after beating Blandford 1-0 in the Dorset Premier League.
Blandford had the best of the first half as Elliot Manson raced through and sent a shot just wide of the post before breaking Sports' defensive line again, but Sam Duncalf made a great save.
Sports rattled the crossbar from an Alex Godfrey strike from 25 yards in the away side's only real chance of the half.
Ashley James' side were better in the second half and took the game to Blandford but chances were few and far between for either side.
Joe Kempster was sin binned in the 85th minute and with Blandford down to ten men sports took advantage as skipper Alex Godfrey found the bottom corner to win the game in added time.
Ater the game Dorchester Sports manager Ashley James said "It was a brilliant win for us, we were put under a lot of pressure against a good side but we worked so hard to stay in the game.
"I was confident we would get one good chance and once the cross landed on Alex's chest I knew we had won it, its a vital win away from home and hopefully we can keep building on this good start."
