DORCHESTER boss Tom Killick has said the club are looking to appeal Jordan Ngalo's red card.

The Magpies captain was sent off just before half time in an incident with Alex Monks following a harsh tackle on Jack Dickson.

After the game, Killick lamented the referee's 'mistake' and is hoping video footage can provide 'conclusive' proof to over turn the decision.

Speaking to the club's social media channel, he said: "Everyone knows you get good players in the league and bad players in the league and it's the same with referees.

"There's going to be mistakes, perhaps it's a failure to understand the game, but you have to take the rough with the smooth.

"If the video footage is conclusive and shows up the mistake that it was, then hopefully we can appeal.

"Because that is the appalling part, you don't just lose the man during in the game, but if you end up having someone suspended for three matches for a catastrophe of a decision, that's difficult to bear."
