Weymouth take on Hampton and Richmond tonight in the National League South (7.45pm).

The Terras come into the game after a terrible start to the league season with Mark Molesley's side having lost all six of their games so far.

His side sit bottom of the table having yet to register a single point and the Terras boss knows that his side needs to start picking up results soon.

Speaking to Echosport ahead for the game, he said: "It is a big game on Tuesday, we will have to roll up our sleeves and scrap and fight for the win.

"Things are against us but that can't be an excuse - we have to fight - this is a results business."

Tonight's opposition also find themselves at the wrong end of the table, with five points from their opening six games, and sit in 19th.

When asked about tonight's opposition, Molesley added: "Hampton have been in every game this season and deserve more points, it's fine margins, and like us, they have found themselves just on the other side of the line.

"We are two teams that need to get up and running so that will bring an added spice so it will not be easy."

Molesley was also keen to stress the importance the fans can play and has urged them to get behind the team before the clash at the Bob Lucas.

He added: "I want to ask the fans to be patient with us, we need them more than ever in these tough times and we need everyone pulling in the right direction.

"If they see see the effort on the pitch I know they will, but I am well aware we need to give them something to cheer about."

In terms of team news, Molesley is still without several key first team players.

Brandon Goodship suffered a knee injury against Eastbourne on Bank Holiday Monday, and whilst the injury is not as bad as first feared, he will be unavailable for several weeks having just return from injury.

Keelan O'Connell is still in rehab and will miss the game along with Ben Greenwood who is recovering from a groin strain.

Malachi Linton is the latest player to find himself on the treatment table after picking up a hamstring injury in the defeat to Slough at the weekend.

Josh McQuoid was an unused substitute against Slough but is expected to feature in some capacity against the Beavers, whilst Brooklyn Genesini is also expected to play after returning at the weekend.

Kick off at the Bob Lucas is at 7.45pm.
