High-flying Bournemouth Sports put four goals past Balti Sports at Cranford Avenue last weekend.
The visiting team, who sit second in the Dorset Premier League looked the more confident from the get-go but took the lead 10 minutes from half time.
Max Mountford’s searching cross was converted by Jamie Trimble at the edge of the area.
Just five minutes later, the visitors doubled their lead as Trimble bagged his brace- this time set up by Tom Beckett.
On the cusp of half-time, Balti were three goals down after Max Norris netted from close range, following good play on the right side by Jack Voisey.
Bournemouth were four ahead on the hour mark after Sam Darlow fired home a shot from the edge of the area with his left boot.
Three minutes later, Sam Darlow grabbed a consolation goal for Balti. Confusion in the Bournemouth area led to substitute Danny Andrew winning possession inside the box to rifle a goal in.
After five games played, the result sees Balti Sports in twelfth place with four points with a minus six goal difference. Bournemouth Sports are in second place.
Balti Sports will face Hamworthy Recreation FC this Saturday, who recently suffered defeat to Dorchester Sports.
