Portland's midweek tie with Wincanton has been postponed but could be 'beneficial' to the injury stricken side.
The Blues were expected to face The Wasps tonight (August 20), but the game will have to be rescheduled due to Wincanton needing to play an FA Cup replay.
The Somerset-based club drew 2-2 with Fleet at the weekend.
The postponement has been welcomed by Blues boss Kyle Critchell though, as his team faces a mini injury crisis.
The team had six players out in the 1-0 win over Fareham at the weekend and with no midweek game, it give Critchell the opportunity to rest his players.
Speaking to Echosport, he said: "It's beneficial that the game will not be played.
"We will use to let some players recover from Saturday and hopefully return from injury.
"We normally train Tuesday's and Thursday's but we won't train on Tuesday now I will give the lads a few days rest where they don't have to think about football."
Portland's next game will be a trip to Whitchurch United on Saturday. August 24.
