Weymouth 0
Dorchester 2
Ngalo,19, Koszela, 85
Dorchester Town took all the bragging rights after beating Weymouth on their own patch at the Bob Lucas.
Goals from Jordan Ngalo and Olaf Koszela meant Tom Killick's side finished pre-season having lost just once in six games, winning five.
For Mark Molesley's Terras it means they finished pre-season with back-to-back defeats ahead of next Saturday's league opener.
The Magpies started the game well, testing Billy Terrell early on. The Terras keeper was confirmed as joining the club on a season-long loan from AFC Bournemouth and straight away denied Koszela from opening the scoring.
Killick's side maintained their early pressure with Luke Pardoe finding Wayne Robinson, only fir the forwards shot to be blocked.
A minute later, with 19 minutes on the clock, Ngalo broke the deadlock with his deflected strike beating Terrell.
Weymouth thought they had pulled level five minutes later, only for Euan Pollock's strike ruled out for offside.
Terrell was called into action twice late into the half, making two saves in quick succession, first from a strike by Pardoe and then moments later tipping a spectacular effort from Corby Moore over the bar to keep at 1-0.
After the break, Molesley was the first coach to make a change and replaces Corey Jordan with Leo Hamblin on 56 minutes.
Killick made his first change a few minutes later as Matt Buse is brought on for Wes Fogden.
The Magpies nearly doubled their lead after Koszela fired off a fierce shot following a corner, but Terrell stayed strong to deny the striker.
Another change for the visitors saw Luke Roberts replace Robinson, whilst Weymouth made a triple change as Brooklyn Genesini, Pollock and Josh Mcquoid were replaced by Calvin Brooks, Robinson and Ezio Touray.
Terrell again denied the Magpies with another save, this time from from Roberts who was straight into the action.
Dorchester made a series of late substitutions as Killick looked to give more players minutes as the game entered the final ten minutes.
With five minutes to go, Koszela doubles the visitors leads and seals he win after reacting quickest to Tom Bragg's header coming back off the bar to tap in from close range.
Koszela almost made it three with a 90th minute free kick but again Terrell was in the way and makes the save.
Both teams get their league campaigns underway next week with Weymouth away to Tonbridge in the National League South, whilst Dorchester face Havant & Waterlooville at The Avenue in the Southern League Premier.
