Weymouth midfielder Keelan O'Connell will 'hopefully' not be out for 'too long' after picking up an ankle injury, says boss Mark Molesley.
The Terras winger picked up an ankle injury in the 2-2 draw with Eastleigh on Tuesday night and was forced off early in the 16th minute.
Molesley is hoping that the injury is not too serious and that O'Connell will be back on the pitch in a matter of 'weeks not months'.
Speaking to Echosport, he said: "Unfortunately Keelan picked up an ankle knock, and it was nasty enough that he could not take part.
"We will have to check and see the extent of that and see how it has settled.
"He has been a big part since I came in hopefully it is not too long and it will be weeks not months."
