SOME 15 teams converged on Puddletown Rugby Club for their annual touch rugby competition, otherwise known as Puddlefest.
Many of the teams wore fancy dress and some even donned face paint, but they all possessed the vision and skill to contest this competition.
In the most friendly and competitive manner, teams ignored the gloom of an untypical July afternoon and played with pride and passion.
Magnificently hosted and incredibly well officiated, this has definitely become a firm favourite with rugby enthusiasts.

Pool matches were played and qualifying knockout matches continued and there was a home win to celebrate and the eventual winners were a Puddletown RFC team led by Elliot Frampton.
Event organisers wished to send their kind thanks to Parkers Property Consultants and Valuers, sponsors of Hersham Boys.
