CAME Down Golf Club have raised a staggering sum of more than £6,000 for a Dorset charity.
Came Down club captain, Raj Lehal, chose the STEPS Club in Weymouth as his charity for 2023.
Lehal held numerous events during the year, both golf related and social.
Due to the amazing generosity of the members and friends, he has helped raise the tremendous sum of £6,453.28.

Lehal thanked all the members for their support of his chosen charity and was very pleased to hand over the cheque to Tom Lane, representative of the STEPS Club.
STEPS is a full-time youth and community centre providing a range of developmental activities and support for young people, mostly teenagers.
The club is also home to a variety of partner and user groups supplying a range of activities for young people and the community.
This includes the Dorset Abilities Group who operate in the building during the daytime laying on a fabulous programme of activities for people with learning disabilities.
