THOMAS Hardye School’s Twickenham dream was ended in the semi-finals after a 43-12 defeat by a quality Chislehurst & Sidcup team.
Chislehurst & Sidcup progress to the final of the Continental Tyres Under-15 Schools Vase against Old Swinford Hospital School on Thursday, March 16.
Chislehurst & Sidcup surged into a 31-0 lead at half-time as their pace, power and quick handling proved too much for Hardye.
Niall Walker barrelled over, Ellis Ibrahim raided down the right and Oji Okoro showed lightning speed to put their side 17-0 up, Austen Burns kicking two conversions.

Stefano Dedja then scored after a slick move and Will Loxley finished off a Burns break.
Nicolo Aprovitolo’s try and a Burns conversion made it 38-0 but Johnny Orr’s determined 30-metre run put a gutsy Hardye on the scoresheet, Tom Kinsey converting.
Timothy Willis ran in a seventh try for the eventual winners but Harry Haysom scored out wide to give Hardye late reward.
