BALTI Sports’ boss Marco Nott believes Wimborne Town Reserves are the best footballing team his side has faced in the Jewson Dorset Premier League this season.
The two sides meet at the plush surroundings of New Cuthbury tomorrow (3pm), with Wimborne on a sharp rise to fourth place amid a 15-game unbeaten run.
However, Balti beat the Magpies 2-1 in the reverse fixture at Cranford Avenue and Nott is looking forward to visiting a ground which should suit his side’s style of play.

Speaking to Echosport, Nott said: “To be fair, they’re probably the best team footballing-wise that we’ve faced this season.
“They’ve got a lovely setup and we look forward to going up. It will be a tough challenge, it’s going to be a young side we’re up against.
“They’re well-drilled and doing good things, Wimborne as a club.
“I’d never really worry about other teams. I always say if we play well we’ve got a chance of beating anyone.
“We’ve got to try and be a lot more front foot like we were last week in that second half, it’s a Balti side I want to see more of.
“We’ll try and take the game to them. It’s going to be very hard as they’re in great form.”
Jack Drummond and Phil Anderson miss out but Aston Butcher and Danny Andrews are in contention.
Asked if he could make any additions on dual registration with teams in lower divisions having a fragmented schedule, Nott said: “We’re certainly looking at going down that route.
“There’s a few teams locally that have only got two or three games left, which is madness.
“Hopefully we’ll try and sign a couple until the end of the season but no news yet.”
