BALTI Sports’ boss Marco Nott believes it will take more than training sessions to turn his side’s form around, insisting his players need to “figure it out on the pitch”.
Nott’s men host Sturminster Marshall tomorrow (2pm) looking to avoid a hat-trick of losses to the promoted side this season.
Balti have conceded nine goals in their past two matches but Nott maintains his squad possess the quality to dig themselves out of 12th place in the Jewson Dorset Premier League.
He told Echosport: “It’s everything, from the midfield trying to create the chances to the strikers finishing them.
“It’s just a case of hoping the tide will turn. We’ve got good players in that team so it will naturally come back to them, they’ll regain their form and we’ll get back to winning ways.

“At the moment, it’s a tricky period. Balti are notoriously bad from October to February but it’s not for the want of trying.
“The effort is there, it’s just stupid mistakes and confidence is very low. That’s resulted in us clearing balls instead of building up play.
“It’s a combination of all sorts of things and difficult to (change) over a one-hour period at training.
“It’s just a case of playing games and trying to figure it out on the pitch.”
Oscar Preece is available but Sean Zima and Aston Butcher miss out. Danny Andrews is also in contention.
