DORCHESTER Town captain Callum Buckley revealed he is yet to hold serious talks over extending his stay at the Avenue Stadium.
Buckley, 26, is nearing the expiry of his contract at the Magpies, having committed to the end of the 2022/23 season.
When pressed on whether he would stay at Dorchester next season, the former Aldershot and Weymouth defender kept his cards close to his chest.
“I haven’t even spoken to the gaffer (Glenn Howes) about that one unfortunately,” he told Echosport.

“I can’t answer that one but it’s such a fantastic club. That’s why I came back last year, I see what it can be.
“We really are getting to that stage again, which is really good to see. Especially at home, I love coming here on matchday.
“I feel that vibe with everyone else, so that’s the pleasing thing. That’s where we wanted it to be.”
