WEYMOUTH have confirmed midfielder Frankie Monk has extended his loan deal with Hamworthy United by one month.
Bobby Wilkinson’s Terras have also added a 24-hour call-back option on Monk should there be another spate of injuries at the Bob Lucas Stadium.
Monk has so far impressed in his stint with Dan Cann’s Hammers, playing five matches and registering one goal and an assist.
His performances with the Southern League Division One South club add to red-hot form at under-23 level where he has a remarkable ten goals and six assists in only eight games.

Speaking to Echosport, Wilkinson said: “I’ve been in constant contact with Dan, who I know really well. He played for me when I was at Hungerford.
“He’s looking after him, we’ve heard some good things. He’s just getting used to men’s football.
“We’ve put him back out for another month with a 24-hour call-back, so if we need to we can.
“Really pleased for Frankie to be getting experience and pleased that Dan thinks he’s doing really well.
“He still has a lot to learn, I’ve been told, but he’s developing and that’s the most important thing for a youngster.”
Monk’s next Hamworthy game could be the derby at Wimborne on Boxing Day (3pm).
