BRIDPORT welcome back key players for tomorrow's intriguing tussle with Winton Sports in Dorset Funeral Plan Division Two (2pm).
Sam Challis, Henry Bloxham, Dave Herbert and Wes Lewis were all unavailable for last Saturday's narrow defeat at Branksome in a match that was played on an uneven wicket and dogged by poor light.
Bridport ultimately fell nine runs short of their target despite a gallant late surge, but skipper Chris Backhouse is optimistic that with the returning quartet bolstering his resources, his side can bounce back from that defeat in the ideal fashion.
He said: "We missed those guys last week and it was disappointing to get so close and not win against Branksome because we felt we deserved to.
"It's always good to have a fully fit squad because it boosts the confidence of the players, and I certainly feel that we can get the right result this time.
"I thought we played really well last week but we didn't have much luck - if we can replicate our performance tomorrow, things will hopefully go our way."
Winton, who sit one place above Bridport in third spot, lost last week for the first time this season to Hamworthy Recreation, who incidentally delivered defeat on the Brewery Ground outfit in the opening fixture three weeks ago.
Like Bridport, Winton are jockeying for position behind early leaders Ferndown and Hamworthy, and with both sides evenly matched and looking to make amends for last week's reversals, it promises to be a pulsating contest.
