DORCHESTER Town Youth Managers won the Mike Hetherington Shield after they beat their Weymouth counterparts in the annual charity fundraiser.
The Magpies took charge in the first half at the Jewson Stadium with goals from Lloyd Mitchem and Jason Freeman.
The Terras had the better of the second half, hitting the woodwork on several occasions, but were unable to reduce the deficit.
A crowd of more than 300 fans watched as Dorchester held out to retain the shield, which was presented to Keith Legg by Mike's widow.
The man of the match award was sponsored by Vision Decor of Weymouth, and went to Freeman.
The event raised more than £600 which will go to a local charity.
