WEYMOUTH have signed promising duo Harvey Bunker and Dan Smith on loan.
Midfielder Harvey Bunker joins on a month-long loan from Sky Bet League Two pacesetters Forest Green Rovers.
Smith, 22, has also been signed on loan from National League rivals Eastleigh, having been on loan at Hereford earlier this season.
Forest Green have stormed to a 10-point lead in League Two but Bunker, 18, is yet to make a league appearance for Rovers.
He has played for five times for Forest Green in cup competitions, and this season spent time on loan with Chippenham Town where he netted twice in 12 games.
His efforts earned him a contract extension at Forest Green to the end of the 2022/23 season.
The duo become the third and fourth signings of Weymouth manager David Oldfield’s tenure after Aaron Drewe and Manasse Mampala.

Commenting on Bunker, Oldfield told Echosport: “He’s a young player that I’m hoping can affect our group.
“He’s promising, can play in different positions and has a fantastic attitude and willingness to work, learn and go forward.
“We very much look forward to him joining and being as successful as possible.”
Bunker and Smith are available for Weymouth’s Vanarama National League clash with Chesterfield this afternoon (3pm).
