DORCHESTER Town have added prolific striker Josh Bertie to their ranks on dual registration terms.

British Virgin Islands international Bertie, 25, joins from Wessex League Division One title challengers Andover Town.

Bertie has scored 31 goals in 26 games for the Bluebirds this campaign, and in October became Town's all-time top goalscorer.

Scoring a brace against Fleet Town, in his 100th game for the Hampshire side, took his record to 56 goals.

Bertie has since extended his tally to 71 in 112 games before Dorchester came calling.

The forward has this season played four games for his country in the CONCACAF qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup, failing to score.

At Dorchester, Bertie provides competition up top for new signing Olaf Koszela, Alfie Stanley and Kieran Roberts at his new club.

He could make his debut against Taunton Town tomorrow (3pm).
