WEYMOUTH defender Calvin Brooks has extended his stay at the Bob Lucas Stadium for another season.
Brooks, 26, has made 303 career appearances for the Terras, scoring 29 goals.
The former Yeovil and Dorchester right-back becomes the sixth player to commit to Weymouth for the 2021/22 Vanarama National League campaign.
Brandon Goodship, Andy Robinson, Ollie Harfield, Josh McQuoid and Ben Morgan have already signed deals.
In a club statement, Weymouth manager Brian Stock highlighted Brooks’ attributes.
He said: “Calvin brings a lot to the table. He’s a good footballer, he brings consistency and he brings physicality. He knows the club, he’s made over 300 appearances, and that experience can’t be overlooked.

“We know Calv can play anywhere down the right-hand side, however next season I would like to enhance his performances at right-back, which I believe is his best position.
“In my team, both our full-backs will need high energy and we know Calvin brings that. He has been consistent not just for this year but for the last few years.”
