MARTIN Peters hopes that he and fellow Wildcats co-promoter James Tresadern have had a hand in developing Jacob Fellows as a rider ahead of him facing his old team tomorrow.
The Wildcats face a trip to Birmingham in the Midland and Southern Development League, which will see both Jacob and Bailey Fellows start for the home side, after the duo were both consistent performers in the Wildcats’ team last year.
Peters had praise for Jacob, saying he is “fingertips away” from a debut in the National Development League, the next division up.
Peters said: “Both of them are riding against us.
“I know Bailey has had a few engine problems, I think he is going to borrow one off his cousin Jake.
“Jake is on fire at the moment, he really is fingertips away from making a debut in the national league so he is riding really well.
“I would like to think that myself and James (Tresadern, co-promoter) have had a hand in making him where is now.”
