DORCHESTER Town have completed the signing of centre-back Joe Low on a work experience loan from Championship side Bristol City.
Low, a regular fixture in the Robins' under-18s side, comes in as cover for the injured Callum Rose and Bournemouth loanee Brennan Camp, who is next week due to fly to Spain to represent Scotland Under-19s.
The teenager is the son of ex-Cheltenham and Northampton midfielder Josh Low, who is a former Wales Under-21s player.
Rose's ankle injury is likely to keep him out of action for at least four weeks and manager Steve Thompson has swooped quickly to address the expected shortage in defenders.
Low will go straight into the squad for the Magpies' home Evo-Stik Southern Premier South battle with Harrow Borough on Saturday (3pm).
Low is the second Bristol City player to join Dorchester on loan conditions this season after the tempestuous spell of goalkeeper Alhaji Sesay.
His arrival also comes two days after midfielder Ollie Griggs left the Clayson Stadium to join Winchester City.
