Diary dates There will be an Irish meal plus a quiz and music for St Patrick’s day on March 15.
It will be held at St Joseph’s Church Hall in Stavordale Road, Weymouth, from 7.15pm.

DR PHIL Sterling will give a talk on the moths of Dorset.
The Dorset Wildlife Trust event takes place at 7.30pm at the Methodist Church in North Street, Wareham, on Thursday, February 27.
THERE will be a Quiz Night at Willowbed Hall, Chickerell, on Saturday, March 22 at 7pm for 7.30pm. £5 per person to include a Ploughman’s Supper.
Bring your own drinks and glasses.
There will also be a Raffle and a half-time game of Bottle Top Bingo.
Teams of six or come as an individual/couple and make up a team on the night. In aid of St Mary’s Church.

A SHROVE Tuesday Pancake Party will be held in St George’s Church Hall, Fordington, by the Thursday Group from 3pm until 4.30pm on March 4.
Everyone is welcome to attend and money raised will go towards a local charity.
CELTIC orthodox spirituality is the subject of a talk by Fr Leonard Hollands to the One World Forum at St John’sChurch, Shortmoor, Beaminster, on Thursday, February 27 at 7.30pm.
The entry charge for visitors is £4.
