Tailor made workshops launched for small Dorset firms
Help is at hand for small Dorset firms battling the credit crunch and fighting the recession with the launch of tailored training delivered in the work place.
The training is being offered by Dorset Adult Learning and coincides with the First European Small & Medium Enterprises initiative (6-14 May 2009).
Marion Pymar, Service Manager for Dorset Adult Learning says: “The recession is biting and we are looking to support small firms in the best way that we can. We have developed a vast range of training opportunities which can be shaped to suit the organisation. We are able to deliver taster sessions during SME week to give people a real feel of what’s available in the work place. Every organisation is different and the tailor made approach ensures that training is relevant, accessible and economic.”

We can work with local business groups or trading estate groups to offer a range of training opportunities and options, even at times and venues to suit you and your business.
Dorset Adult Learning is a funded Train to Gain provider and can provide high quality free training to eligible groups.
