FOUR people were injured, two seriously, after a car crash on the coast road between Weymouth and Bridport.
Police, firefighters and ambulances were alerted to the B3157 near West Bexington on Friday night where a Rover MG containing four people including a five-year-old boy had flipped over and ended up on its roof. All are from the Charminster area.
One man who suffered serious and possible life threatening injuries was airlifted to Southampton Hospital. Another man was airlifted to Dorset County Hospital where police say he is being treated for potentially life changing injuries.
Two other people, a man aged 18 and a boy aged five were treated at DCH and later discharged.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the collision.
