May I please publicly record my thanks for some excellent work done by the staff and pupils at the Royal Manor School.
They advertise a bicycle repair and rebuild service and are always on the lookout for bikes to be donated to be rebuilt and for repair work. I took my old roadster which is well over 50 years old to see if it was worth doing up.
It was enthusiastically taken in and an enormous amount of TLC put in. The result was a resprayed gleaming bike which I was frankly thrilled with at a very modest cost.
The training given to the pupils must stand them in very good stead and I would really recommend the service provided.
Well done to them all.
