The coat by designer John Galliano
A WINTER coat created by award-winning designer John Galliano is expected to attract plenty of interest at a vintage clothing auction in Dorchester.
Duke’s auctioneers are expecting the black coat to fetch up to £800 on September 5.
Deborah Doyle, from Duke’s, said: “This beautiful coat is in excellent condition and I am confident it will create huge interest at auction.”
She added: “I am often asked: ‘What do we sell at a vintage auction?’ “The answer is period costumes for ladies and gentlemen through to up-to-date haute couture.”
