A COUPLE are appealing for help from the public to find a lost bracelet that has sentimental value.

Portland couple Dave and Andrea Shaw went for a meal at The Boat That Rocks restaurant at Osprey Quay.

When they returned home to Clarence Road, Mrs Shaw realised her gold bracelet was missing.

The bracelet, which has a gold heart attached with diamond insets, is a bespoke piece made up from rings belonging to Mrs Shaw’s late mother.

The couple have searched for the bracelet and have reported the loss to Dorset Police.

Mr Shaw said: “We would really like to find it. It means so much to my wife.” If anyone finds the bracelet they should inform Dorset Police 101 or hand it into a police station.
