Weymouth is clothed in weeds.

A fine advert for our Olympic visitors. Drive down any road, walk down any street, wander through the town centre and what can be seen?

Weeds, growing through the pavements, from walls, through the roads.

Radipole Park Drive has a fine display all along the pavement, for the third year.

Westham Bridge has its own display to rival the terrible floral displays at either end. Portland Road is not left out and even has a fine buddleia in one spot.

I may be a cost cutting exercise from either the borough or county council but if this spreading, unsightly invasion is allowed to continue it will require massive funding to replace kerbs and pavements.
