Littlemoor’s Councillor, Rachel Rogers has asked the council to have the local development plans on view for the public at St Francis church on Thursday 18th July from 7pm.
Previous public viewings were held in the Pavilion and Redlands and Councillor Rogers was concerned that not everyone was able to get to see them.
If the plans are implemented they will have a major impact on the local environment and the lives of all who live here so it is essential that everybody should have an opportunity to see them.
The plans include up to 500 houses built on the land north of Littlemoor Road along with a business park covering 15 hectares ; all this in an area designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
If you haven’t already done so, this is your chance to see the plans in full. If you have any concerns at all about this development then now is the time to have your say.
The closing date for any comments on the proposal is 27th July.
