When pubs have live entertainment, they advertise it so local neighbours are aware there may be an increase of noise for that night only that may cause disruption. So why did the Morris dancers decide unannounced that 9.30pm on Thursday, June 28, was a good time to put on an act along the harbour with no consideration to anyone living near there or that of the traffic passing through?

Maybe next time they will have the consideration and manners to at least make people aware that is their intentions but I doubt it.
