THE CHESIL Bank Garden Club meets on Tuesday, 22nd May at 7.30 pm in Langton Village Hall – this is the final meeting until September & once the business is out of the way (as quickly as possible!) it is a fun evening with a garden based quiz, a glass of wine & some nibbles! So remember to be there.

Robert, our local blacksmith, has made a fantastic Beacon for the Village’s Jubilee celebrations and this is to cover the cost – the beacon will be there in all it’s glory, so do come along to see it and support the fund.
MONDAY, 28th May at 7.00pm in Langton Herring Village Hall there is the Chesil Bank Parish Council AGM – Do come and show support and appreciation for all the hard work they do on our behalf.
NEXT Tuesday, 29th May will be the Langton Herring Village Lunch – a lot to live up to after the scrumptious meal prepared & served by the gentlemen last time – but we haven’t had a poor one, so I am looking forward to it.
