A POST mortem carried out yesterday on a sailor pulled from the water at Studland has proved inconclusive.
Further tests are being carried out to establish the 71-year-old Swanage man’s cause of death after he went missing while working as a skipper at around 11.45pm on Wednesday.
After a search he was later found unconscious in the water.
He had been working for Salisbury-based company Discover Adventure leading a party of five guests on the 46ft Musketeer Stutton yacht.
Results of the further tests will be received later this week, the coroner’s officer said.
