POLICE officers are appealing for a moped rider to come forward following a collision on Portland.
The rider of a small red moped was involved in a collision with a 15-year-old cyclist in High Street, Fortuneswell and failed to stop, a police spokesman said.
Dorset Police have just released details on the incident, which took place on Friday, May 4 at 1.21pm.
The young cyclist, a local boy, was left at the roadside after being knocked from his bike. He was taken to Dorset County Hospital where he was treated for minor injuries Anyone with any information should contact Dorset Police on 101.
