For two nights only Bradford Peverell Village Hall will be transformed into a pub.
The newly formed village drama group are going to put on the play 'Two' by Jim Cartwright, a play that takes place in a pub and the Hall will be transformed into 'The Cherry Tree Arms'
The hall will be set out with tables and the the audience will be fed and watered and entertained with a quiz and a raffle and round the edge of the Hall the amusing drama of characters in the pub will unfold.
It is the first effort of this newly formed drama group and most of the actors have no previous experience!
Admission is by ticket only (£3) bought in advance and you must be over 18. No tickets on the door.
The dates are Friday and Saturday 9th and 10th of March - pub opens 7.15 pm. tickets can be obtained on 01305 257541 but they are selling fast!
On Saturday 24th March villagers are invited to the launch of the Parish Plan which will be held in the Village Hall from 10.30 am.
This is your opportunity to see the plan and to discuss and contribute to the implementation of our Parish Plan. Refreshments will be served.
It is with great pleasure that we welcome Artsreach back to the village on Sunday 25th March for a show entitled '1000 years of music' with Clive Carroll.
You are all invited to join this stunningly virtuostic guitarist on a "joyful fairground ride of instrumental styles spanning the fields of traditional,classical and jazz with inspirations running from newgrass and fusion jazz to Irish stylings".
What more could you want!
