THE family of missing Weymouth huntsman Nicholas Crocker are ‘not giving up hope’ despite a lack of response to their press conference plea.
Mr Crocker’s stepdaughter Kate Wills and his sister Jenny Crocker made a heartfelt public call for him to return home on Monday afternoon.
Together with Superintendent Mick Rogers they reassured Mr Crocker he had nothing to fear from a police enquiry the night before his disappearance on Wednesday September 21 about a ‘minor theft.’ PC Vicky Iveson, family liaison officer, said: “We’ve heard nothing at all, it’s disappointing.
“We were hoping with the press conference we’d have been inundated with calls but nothing’s come in at all.
“It’s a shame but the family aren’t giving up hope.”
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
